Michael Jackson Tribute

Hi everyone,

Today marks the second anniversary of the passing of musics greatest gift – Michael J Jackson. To mark this day, I’ve compiled a few of my favourite MJ’s songs.

We miss you Michael. You were taken from us too soon but an angel which the world would never see.

Happy Monday Everyone!

It feels so good to be blogging again after the recovery of the site and I hope you liked the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 posting; but now I’m going away from the gaming world into the world of animation and Google.

About a month or so ago Google celebrated Robert Bunson’s 200th Birthday by adding a Bunson Burner into their Google Logo which my girlfriend and I found EXTREMELY cool! Anyway following from this discovery got me thinking about a few things. Back in 1997 (I believe) Google was running as a BETA search engine and the first modified Google Image was not until 1st August 1999.

…I set to work in finding what the first Google Image looked like and how they have progressed. Here’s a collection of some of my favourites.

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3?

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I just want to apologise that this posting has been delayed. Basically I was doing some database work on the site and like a complete amateur I deleted the site! Yes DELETED MY SITE! All that WORK…..GONE!

Thankfully I had backups of the articles but finding the theme and the pictures took a while but I’m BACK with a killer article for you gamers!

I’ve been looking around on the ‘net trying to find more information about the possibility of us gamers being spoilt with the third installement of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. My findings have been long & hard but SUCCESSFUL.

Do you remember the that guy Ghost in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2? (see scary picture above) The guy who done the voice over had an interview with and stated he has been in the States with Infinty Ward performing voiceovers for the upcoming title! YES THATS RIGHT – THE UPCOMING TITLE!

If that’s not good enough news, on Monday 9th May Sony Playstation Magazine teased all of its readers with the headline “The biggest game in the world returns.” – June 8th get your copies of The Official Playstation Magazine as the “official unveiling of the game is set to take place!”

With Call of Duty: Black Ops being somewhat of a let down for gamers (especially Playstation gamers), the news that Infinity Ward are now back on board to revamp the series is REALLY good news.

When I get more information about the game, I’ll always let you know first.

Happy COD’ing!

p.s. I better revamp my Birthday Wish List!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Seven million copies of Modern Warfare 2 were sold on it's first day

Haaaaaaaaaaaaappy Monday everyone!

I don’t know if any of you know but there was a spoof a few weeks ago involving the much anticipated addition in the Modern Warfare range. When the “spoof” was noted by many gaming and technology websites, fans were going mental (me included!). However, Activision released a statement that they have no official release date of Modern Warfare 3, let alone the stage which there in regarding the development of the game.

Now I’m not one to deliver bad news….

…and I’m still not! Why would I upset my loyal followers?

On Friday at work (don’t tell my manager), I was made aware of a link from an Australian website who said Activision are planning to release a statement this month regarding Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. I cross checked the news with a UK newspaper The Independent who confirmed this!

Looking at past history this is perfect timing for Activision because during the build up to Modern Warfare 2, Activision/Infinity Ward (the team which bought you Modern Warfare 2 NOT Black Ops) released a statement in April and released the game the 3rd quarter of 2009. Can we be looking at Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 by September/October 2011? I sure hope so! Also, EA leaked the date of Battlefield 3 which is due to go head to head with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 – it looks like the war is on!

I’ll keep you guys posted but until then, I hope you have a great day and an even better week.

Take Care
Andy Singh
