Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 – It’s HERE!

Hey everyone!

I don’t think this game needs any introduction except that it’s FINALLY here!!

Call of Duty MW3

Call of Duty MW3

Lastnight, a star studded party at London’s Old Billingsgate Market took place to celebrate the release of the most anticipated game for 2011; but let’s be honest, the game has got alot to live up to. The previous Call of Duty Modern Warfare game took in $550M over 5 days which was beaten by the more recent Black Ops title which took $650M within the same period. If the latest instalment of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game breaks the previous record of $650M, the Guinness Book of World Records will have to be re-written.

It hasn’t been plain sailing for the Call of Duty franchise over the last few years as the franchise was strongly criticised with the previous instalment Black Ops being called “incomplete” due to software problems. Many updates later and the game seems to be stable but the fans quickly turned their back on the game and in order to go forward, Activision had to go backwards.

Activision teamed up again with Modern Warfare previous developers Infinity Ward to make the most anticipated follow up within the record breaking franchise.

Today I’m sure there are a few million people who have taken a day (or more) off work to play the game and I’m also sure that a few companies will have a few people off sick for the same reason.

Let me know what you think of the game and if you were one of the many people who queued outside a Game, a Gamestation, an Asda/Walmart, was it worth it?

Hope to hear from you!

Happy Gaming

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3?

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

Do You Believe in Ghosts?

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I just want to apologise that this posting has been delayed. Basically I was doing some database work on the site and like a complete amateur I deleted the site! Yes DELETED MY SITE! All that WORK…..GONE!

Thankfully I had backups of the articles but finding the theme and the pictures took a while but I’m BACK with a killer article for you gamers!

I’ve been looking around on the ‘net trying to find more information about the possibility of us gamers being spoilt with the third installement of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. My findings have been long & hard but SUCCESSFUL.

Do you remember the that guy Ghost in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2? (see scary picture above) The guy who done the voice over had an interview with and stated he has been in the States with Infinty Ward performing voiceovers for the upcoming title! YES THATS RIGHT – THE UPCOMING TITLE!

If that’s not good enough news, on Monday 9th May Sony Playstation Magazine teased all of its readers with the headline “The biggest game in the world returns.” – June 8th get your copies of The Official Playstation Magazine as the “official unveiling of the game is set to take place!”

With Call of Duty: Black Ops being somewhat of a let down for gamers (especially Playstation gamers), the news that Infinity Ward are now back on board to revamp the series is REALLY good news.

When I get more information about the game, I’ll always let you know first.

Happy COD’ing!

p.s. I better revamp my Birthday Wish List!
